At this stage we begin to look more at the user journey. We want every website user to enjoy the experience of the website and never struggle to find what they are looking for.
We will also analyse your current web data. If this research shows a certain device or browser is most prominent we will ensure that this is carefully considered.
When we started building websites, everything was built for desktop computers. Web browsing trends have changed considerably. Mobile phones and tablets are what most people view websites on. This needs to be reflected in the design.
Working with the dedicated officer(s) from your business we’ll carry out further development in conversation through to delivery. We’ll agree timescales and budgets and ensure these are met.
During the project we aim to be clear and transparent with our work. We will share live documents that will track the progress of the project which you will be able to see in real-time.
During the project if you have any questions we are always available to speak. From time to time it is best to meet in person which we can do at a location that suits. We often find our office works well as we can make live changes to the site to see how certain features look.
When your website is ready to go live we will provide comprehensive training on how to update the site. This is usually in workshop format or online tutorials but can be adapted depending on your business needs.
Once launched, we provide a three month snagging period. If there is any issue with the way the site works we will look at it straight away.
